    General Power of attorney done in person at the Consulate

    • Should call the Consulate General for an appointment
    • ID of applicant (such as Ikrajkayd or a valid New Passport for Lebanese nationals or for other nationals)
    • The applicant should come in person to the Consulate General to sign the general power of attorney
    • A money order in the amount of $50.00 per signature per applicant payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon
      Note: Please provide 1 copy of each original document you send.
     

    Special Power of Attorney done in person at the Consulate

    • Should call the Consulate General for appointment
    • ID of applicant (such as Ikrajkayd or a valid New Passport or U.S. Passport)
    • The applicant should come in person to the Consulate General to sign the special power of attorney
    • A money order in the amount of $25.00 per signature per applicant payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon
      Note: Please provide 1 copy of each original document you send.
