Visas

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Fill out completely the application form.
  • Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Enclose the following:
      your passport
      copy of the first page of your U.S. passport (very important!)
      for other foreign passports: copy of the first 3 pages, letter of employment
      one passport photo (2" x 2") please write name on the back
      fee:
          $35.00 (one entry)

          $50.00 (two entries)

          $ 70.00 ( multiple entries )

    * Important! Personal checks are not acceptable. When present at the consulate, you can pay in cash. Or, make your MONEY ORDER payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon.
    * For spouses of Lebanese nationals: a photocopy of the marriage certificate
    * For minors: a signed and notarized letter from both parents stating their consent in issuing a visa.
    * a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return mail

  • PLEASE NOTE: No Federal Express or other courier will be allowed "Bill Recipient" . This has to be prepaid with money order.
  • Because your passport is a valuable document, we would advise you to send it to us by certified mail to avoid losing it in the mail.
  • Processing time takes 1 day. Please comply with all the above instructions to avoid delay in the issuance of your visa. We appreciate your cooperation.
  • Please remember to sign and date your application.

 

    Visa (Family Visit - Lebanese origin)

    • Please send the application to the correct Jurisdiction. The application form should be sent to the consulate that covers your jurisdiction.
    • Fill in a Visa Application form
    • One passport size photo.
    • Valid original Passport.
    • Copy of Lebanese I.D. (Tathkarat al-Hawiya or Ikhraj Kayd).
    • For minors, a notarized letter from both parents is required allowing their dependents to travel to Lebanon.
    • If one of the parents is of Lebanese origin, please include a copy of Marriage Certificate.
    • Certified Self-addressed, stamped envelope.
    • A money order payable to the Consulate of Lebanon .

    Tourist Visa

    • Please send the application to the correct Jurisdiction. The application form should be sent to the consulate that covers your jurisdiction.
    • Fill in a Visa Application form
    • Valid Passport.
    • One passport size photo.
    • An address in Lebanon is a must.
    • Certified Self-addressed, stamped envelope.
    • A money order payable to the Consulate of Lebanon .

    Business Visa

    • Please send the application to the correct Jurisdiction. The application form should be sent to the consulate that covers your jurisdiction
    • Fill in a Visa Application form
    • A letter from the company in the US and a letter or fax from the business contact in Lebanon stating the purpose of the trip
    • Passport valid for over six months
    • One passport size photo
    • Non US citizens should include a copy of their Green Card or a valid US business visa
    • Certified Self-addressed, stamped envelope with return address.
    • A money order payable to the Consulate  General  of Lebanon.
